The Executive Director Sheela and Social Science Specialist of Tukee-Nivas Housing has rigorous knowledge of socio-cultural diversity, marginalization, social exclusion/inclusion in the context of Nepal. She conducts feasibility study/baseline survey, project planning, implementation and impact analysis in our foundation. Likewise has completed her M. Phil in Anthropology which has highly been valuable to shape the foundation up.
Apsara Rakash holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development , with a strong interest in social development and community-based work. She currently works as a Program Assistant at the Tukee Foundation, where she contributes to the planning and implementation of various development projects. Apsara is dedicated to supporting initiatives that uplift and empower marginalized communities. Her academic background and commitment make her a valuable part of the team.
As our Program Officer, Sabitri brings her energetic drive to the NIVAS project and Tukee Administrative work. Her pursuit of a Master of Social Work at Kadambari Memorial College highlights her commitment to community well-being and her knack for developing effective solutions to complex problems. Sabitri is keen on transforming academic insights into tangible impact and finds joy in experiencing new cultures and environments.
Finance and Administrative Officer, Sunita Joshi holds a Master’s in Business Studies (MBS), specializing in Finance. As the Finance and Administrative Officer at Tukee Foundation, she efficiently manages financial operations and supports the foundation’s administrative needs. Sunita’s attention to detail and strong financial acumen play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the foundation’s mission. Her commitment to excellence is integral in helping the foundation achieve its goals and make a positive impact.
Construction Program Manager, an architect guided by purpose and compassion, weaving together design and dignity in her role as Construction Program Manager at Tukee Foundation. Suprava believes that every structure can hold more than bricks, it can carry stories, strength and second chances. Rooted in sustainable practice and collective healing, she brings both technical expertise and deep empathy to her role. With every wall raised and roof secured, she helps build spaces of healing, strength and quiet revolutions.
