Vission, Mission, Goals and Objective

Vision

At Tukee Foundation, we imagine a world where no one is left behind where women raising children alone don’t have to choose between safety and survival, where children grow up under a strong roof with hope in their hearts, and where families in rural Nepal feel seen, supported, and uplifted. We dream of communities where:

  • Single mothers feel supported, not forgotten.
  • Children grow up in safe homes, with hope for the future.
  • Families aren’t held back by poverty, but are empowered to rise above it.

We believe in lighting the path forward just like our name Tukee (meaning “lamp”) bringing light where it’s most needed.

Mission

Our mission is to stand beside the most vulnerable especially single mothers, widows, and poor families and help them build a safer, more hopeful future. We work to:

  • Build strong, safe homes for people living in unsafe and broken shelters.
  • Offer hands-on training so that women can earn, grow, and lead with confidence.
  • Listen to local communities, understand their struggles, and work together to create real, lasting solutions.
  • Not just give short-term help but walk the long road with people, until they feel empowered and independent.

At Tukee, we’re not just an organization we’re a group of people who care deeply and are committed to bringing hope, warmth, and strength to those who need it most.

Goals

At Tukee Foundation, our goals come straight from the heart. We want to:

  • Make sure families who are struggling have a safe and secure place to live.
  • Help single mothers and widows stand on their own feet by learning useful skills and finding ways to earn.
  • Be present in rural communities not just with words, but with real action that changes lives.
  • Build stronger, kinder, and more supportive communities where everyone looks out for one another.
  • Create opportunities, not just quick fixes, so that people can live with confidence and dignity.

Our goal is to walk beside people who are going through hard times and help them build a better future step by step, with love and respect.

Objective

  • Identify families and individuals who are in urgent need like those living in unsafe houses or facing serious financial struggles.
  • Build safe, stable homes using local materials, while involving the beneficiaries so they feel ownership and pride.
  • Provide skill training, especially for women so they don’t have to depend on anyone and can support their families.
  • Work with local governments and community leaders to make sure our efforts are sustainable and well supported.
  • Support not just with shelter, but with care by checking in, listening, and helping with whatever is needed next.
  • Make everything we do transparent, so our community and supporters always know where help is goin
